Meditation and Guided Imagery
Meditation and guided imagery are ancient relaxation techniques that involves visualizing positive, peaceful settings like a beautiful beach or a peaceful meadow. Meditation can be guided by the facilitator by helping clients follow their breath, while focusing on their 3rd eye chakra, and allowing their stress to melt away. Sometimes with life being so busy, we can find it hard to calm the mind on our own, and simply having someone to guide you can be the key to your success.
